Chain length accuracy measurement method:
A. the chain is cleaned before measurementB. The chain to be measured is surrounded on the two sprockets, and the upper and lower sides of the chain to be measured should be supported
C. The chain before measurement should remain in the state of applying one-third of the tensile load 1min
D. During measurement, the specified measurement load is applied on the chain to make the upper and lower sides of the chain tensioned. The chain to the sprocket should ensure the normal tooth
E. Measure the center distance between the two sprockets
Lifting chain appearance inspection:
1. The inner/outer chain is deformed, cracked, corroded
2. Whether the pin is deformed or turned, corroded
3. Whether the roller is cracked, damaged, excessive wear
4. Whether the joint is loose and deformed
5. When running, there is no sound or abnormal vibration, whether the lubrication condition of the chain is good

Scrap standard for chain:
1.The allowable wear value of the chain shall not exceed 10% of the diameter of the ring chain bar
2.Starting from the plane where the main ring is not bent, the main ring shall be scrapped if it is distorted by more than 10°
3.Crack, bend or twist in any part of the chain and stuck or stiff in the hinge are prohibited when they cannot be ruled out.
4.The permanent elongation of chains and single rings shall not exceed 5% of their original length
